The Zone Controller Software is a utility that manages the configuration of all Beebop SIP Devices. It is a Windows 10 based Application.
- Click on the ZoneController Icon
- This opens the main search window
IMPORTANT: If you cannot see devices then run the application as administrator.
The Tool Options are:
 | Search – find all devices on current network segment |
 | Find – find a device based on the IP address of device |
 | Update Multiple – Update DCHP, Heartbeat and Volume for Multiple |
 | Clear Cache – Clear all existing devices in cache |
 | Help – Show Help Pages from Support Website |
 | Define Multicast Template |
 | Export Configuration – Exports list of devices in CSV format |

- Click on Search Button. The system will then look for all the devices on the local network segment.
This will list all of the available devices on the network.
This shows the device status, SIP Registration Status, Device Number, Mac Address, IP Address, Device Name, Firmware Version, Device Type Name.
If the application can directly talk to the device, this option is false, otherwise true. This is usually because the device IP address set is not in the network segment address.
To edit the configuration of the device, double click on the row.
Recent Devices
Recent Devices lists all the currently stored devices in the cache. They are
Double Click – Open the Device Edit Windows
Load – Load an existing configuration file
Delete – Remove from cached list.
Device Heartbeat
You can set up the device heartbeat to monitor incoming devices. This is especially useful if the device is not on the local network.
This displays incoming information and the last time it was seen.
